Riverview Gardens is a family-friendly community located along the Nashua River at Exit 6 of NH Rte. 3. We are within easy-walking distance to shopping, restaurants, movies and Mine Falls Park. School buses stop at the end of our private cul-de-sac.We offer studios and 1-, 2- & 3-bedroom homes in both townhouse and apartment styles.Our grounds include large open areas, pool, tennis and basketball. Nice little cation

Location is great. Enjoy my neighbors. The parking is difficult when having a guest over as there is only one assigned spot so many residents take up most of the unassigned spots

Riverview Gardens

Great place to live. Only complaint - which is not a big one is you only get one designated parking spot which can be tough for your second vehicle on occasion. The staff is great, if you email with even a small issue they get back to you right away. The complex is always kept clean and they maintain the entire area at all times. It is a very convenient location. We actually waited about 8 months to get in here because of location and cleanliness.
